- Researching and identifying public and private sources of funding for Dir Biyabir target projects in Ethiopia.
- Developing proposals and grant applications for the identified sources of funding
- Reviewing project proposals sent from NGO's in Ethiopia and providing feedback
- Recruiting new members
- Developing and maintaining web sites
